WHAT TO EXPECT
I've had wonderful opportunities and good fortune in life. I want to celebrate that and give everyone else an opportunity to celebrate by sharing wisdom, cautions, or practical advice learned from their years on earth. I have been interested in the art-life continuum since learning about performance art in graduate school and hosting the artist Linda Mary Montano. I combined performance art, happening, and a party for my 50th birthday in the Quaker meetinghouse. I hope to repeat that experience in a different format for this milestone birthday. The meetinghouse is off limits during accessibility construction, so I have to find another location for this event. Stay tuned! Please indulge me. Come prepared to share some tidbit of practical or philosophical advice. Watch this webpage for details, and save the date! EXAMPLES
To give you an idea about possibilities for what you can offer, here's what I plan to share: Advice to younger self: Put your retirement funds into a ROTH IRA!!!!!!! How To: A less annoying and more efficient way to put pillow cases on pillows Life Hack: How to knot your shoe laces so they don't come loose until you untie them. What will you share with us? |

"1 enjoyed Anna's class tremendously. Her artistic guidance and all of the opportunities that she provided during the class gave all of us a comprehensive experience related to the world of art." — Artwork and testimonial by Jenny Pursell, Juneau, Alaska, who studied with Anna at Ghost Ranch in 2014 and 2015,
